My name is Richard Elkan. I am married and blessed with two beautiful daughters. We currently live in Southampton, England.

I worked in I.T. for most of my adult life before being inspired by the likes of Robert Kiyosaki and deciding to quit the day job in September 2006.

I spent time and money on education and built a Property Portfolio.

Now I am doing all I can to avoid Bankruptcy and hopefully thrive once more.

I am writing this blog in order to help myself and inspire others through these difficult financial times.
